About the Author

David L. Howard was born June 16, 1973 in Bartholomew County, Indiana at the Bartholomew County Hospital. He was raised in Hartsville, Indiana, a small town located between Columbus and Greensburg on Highway 46. He has served in United States Army and was stationed at Mannheim Germany. While in Germany he was deployed to Hungary, Turkey, Kuwait and Iraq. He has since returned to small town life, in Hope, Indiana four miles outside of his childhood home. Inspired by small town life he has began writing to help inspire children to read, imagine, and learn along the way. His motto is “Life’s lessons are best taught to the young through play, stories and imagination.”
